Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Nothing is shipped

Everything we sell is digital. There is no physical delivery, no shipping cost, no courier and no waiting. You will never be asked for a shipping address, and no package will ever arrive.

2. How and when you get your files

Your download is available immediately after your payment is confirmed, in two places:

  • on the order confirmation screen, right after checkout;
  • in a confirmation email sent to the address you entered at checkout.

Delivery is usually instant. In rare cases an email can take up to an hour to arrive, depending on your provider.

3. If your download does not arrive

Before contacting us, please:

  • check your spam, promotions and junk folders;
  • check that the email address you entered at checkout is spelled correctly;
  • search your inbox for the name of the product or of this store.

If you still cannot find it, email support@thecalmpuppy.com with your order number. We will send the files directly to you. We answer within three business days, usually the same day. A failed download is always fixed — you will not be left without what you paid for.

4. What you need to open the files

Our products are standard PDF files. You need any device that can open a PDF — a phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer. Most devices can do this without installing anything; free readers are widely available. Printing is optional: the planner and calendar pages are designed to be printed on ordinary A4 or US Letter paper, but everything can also be used on screen.

Please check that you can open PDFs before buying. Being unable to open a standard PDF on your own device is not grounds for a refund (see our Refund Policy).

5. Download links and re-downloads

Download links are for your personal use only and must not be shared or published — see our Terms of Service. Links may expire or limit the number of downloads for security reasons, so we recommend saving the files to your own device as soon as you receive them. If a link has expired and you need the files again, contact us and we will help.

6. Taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars. Any tax that applies to your country is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay, so there are never surprise charges afterwards.
